Jacqueline is presently the Gowling WLG National Litigation Lead — Product Liability. She has a wide range commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on product liability, commercial and banking litigation, injunctions, shareholder and partnership disputes, negligence actions, construction liens, leasing disputes, title insurance and the defence of general insurance matters, including personal injury, third-party property damage, and transportation issues. She is known for her ability to focus on the underlying problems, articulate the issues and craft appropriate solutions. She has argued cases in the Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court and has represented parties at trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. A speaker at various seminars and conferences on a range of topics. Recent recipient of the University of Waterloo Faculty of Arts Alumni Achievement Award recognizing alumni making outstanding contributions in their professional field, and community and public service. Recognized as one of “Lexpert Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40” and as one of Waterloo Region Record’s “Top 40 under 40.” Consistently recognized for her corporate commercial litigation expertise in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory since 2015.
