Scott Hutchison is a senior partner at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. He practises criminal, regulatory and constitutional litigation, with a particular interest in business crime and appeals. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Supreme Court Advocacy Institute, is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for appellate law and criminal defence and ranked by Lexpert in Litigation – Regulatory & Public Law. His practice includes advising individuals, corporations and government in relation to complex business crime investigations, and representing individuals and entities in serious criminal cases at all levels of court.
