Partner in our Business Law Group in Quebec City and Montreal. Philippe has extensive experience in commercial, corporate and securities law. He has led numerous business transactions, including initial public offerings, acquisitions, takeovers, complex commercial agreements as well as public and private equity and debt financings, both in Canada and abroad. He is active in the technology and life sciences sector and regularly advises companies and their board on governance matters. He is a lecturer at the Université Laval where he teaches business, corporate and securities law courses.
