Simon Muller is a partner in the Personal Injury Group of Calgary law firm, McLeod Law. Simon is a seasoned litigator with 24 years of experience in personal injury and insurance law. He exclusively represents plaintiffs who have suffered serious injuries as the result of other peoples’ negligence. His clients have been injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, slips and falls, defective products, assaults, and other negligent acts. Simon spent the first half of his career acting as insurance defence counsel for North America’s largest insurance companies before choosing to represent plaintiffs. Simon fiercely protects his clients’ interests and securing their future is his first priority. Simon is experienced trial counsel having represented both, the injured party and the insurer at trial and in the Court of Appeal of Alberta. Simon has taken complex matters to trial and appeal involving serious personal injuries, income loss, and substantial out of pocket and treatment expenses. In 2016 Simon was awarded the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyer Association Presidents Award “in recognition of his distinguished contribution to the profession and the community and the advancement of the law”.
