Matthew Lippa's practice covers all aspects of corporate finance, with an emphasis on multi-jurisdictional and cross-border structured financings. He acts for Canadian and international financial institutions and borrowers in lending transactions, including asset-based lending, syndicated financings, covered bonds and notes, insolvency and restructuring and securitizations. Matthew regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, regulatory matters and commercial contracts, and acts for Canadian and international financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate borrowers in connection with the structuring and negotiating of lending arrangements.
