Michel Carle has vast experience in employment and labour law. Over the course of his career, Mr. Carle has acquired in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing, retail and food industries in particular. He also has valuable experience in representing employers during unionization campaigns and on applications for certification, including a major file involving the right for first level management employees to unionized in the Province of Québec. He also acts, on a regular basis, as a spoke person for the employer at the bargaining table. He provides ongoing advice and acts on behalf of several companies in matters relating to labour law, labour standards, employment termination, grievance arbitration and corporate restructuring and mergers. Also, Mr. Carle has represented various construction companies in jurisdictional disputes relating to work and civil claims and penal complaints filed by the Commission de la construction du Québec.
