Marianne Ignacz is a founding partner of INF LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial, corporate and civil litigation, class actions, product liability and professional liability, and more particularly auditors’ liability. She has significant experience in successfully handling class action litigation, including securities and shareholders’ claims, pharmaceutical and product liability and civil liability. She has been recognized since 2014 in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for her expertise in Class Actions and designated as a “Star” lawyer in the Acritas Stars 2017, 2018 and 2019. She has also been recognized since 2019 by The Best Lawyers in Canada for her work in Class Action Litigation and Product Liability Law.
