Advises on pension and benefits matters in corporate transactions, insolvencies and corporate restructurings and the establishment and ongoing administration of pension plans including plan design, governance, administration, trustee obligations, surplus matters, plan conversions, mergers, transfers and wind-ups. Clients have included provincial governments, municipalities, universities, non-profit entities, multi-national corporations, individuals, boards of trustees and multi-employer pension plans.
