As the chair of Torys’ Capital Markets Group, Kevin practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on capital markets transactions, board governance advice, shareholder activist issues and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly acts for acquiring and target companies, boards of directors and financial advisers in significant corporate transactions.
