Faren Bogach has significant expertise helping clients navigate through a broad range of complex disputes. Her practice focuses on construction and infrastructure, working with clients from across the construction pyramid, including owners, contractors, consultants, subcontractors and trades. She has experience with project strategy, as well as, lien, contract, procurement, professional negligence, and delay claims, and has appeared before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court and Federal Court. Faren was elected a member of the OBA’s Construction & Infrastructure Law Section Executive for the 2018/2019 year, and is a Director of Brenyon Way Charitable Foundation and Ridgeford Charitable Foundation. Faren is also Chair of WeirFoulds Women, a program focused on promoting a positive, successful and diverse working environment. In previous years, Faren acted as Director of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and has taught the Law & Construction Contracts course at George Brown College, School of Construction Management and Trades, and School of Architectural Studies. Faren’s work and community involvement demonstrate her commitment to the construction industry and modernizing the practice of law.
