Marie-Andrée Vermette is chair of WeirFoulds' Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She specializes in complex litigation cases and has represented a wide range of clients. She is known as a skilled advocate and has been involved in some of the most publicized and sophisticated corporate/commercial disputes, class actions, and public law cases. Marie-Andrée is called to the bar in both Ontario and Québec and provides services to her clients in both French and English. She is deeply committed to the advancement of the legal profession and she sits on the Board of Directors of both The Advocates' Society and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario.
