Year called to the Bar: 1976. Brian is a senior member of the firm’s tax and estate planning practice. His areas of practice include domestic and international tax planning for individuals and businesses, as well as tax dispute resolution. He has extensive experience providing expert opinions on E&O claims involving both lawyers and accountants. He has taught, written and spoken frequently to both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada, Canadian Bar Association, The Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Tax Foundation, Society of Trust and Estate Planners, and York University. He is the co-author of several publications for CPA Canada.
