Aidan is a partner in McCarthy Tetrault’s Litigation Group and a lead member of our firm’s Construction, Insurance and Global Mining Litigation Groups. Aidan represents a wide variety of clients, including developers and others involved in large construction and infrastructure projects, global and domestic mining companies and others. Clients appreciate her responsiveness, her strategic and practical approach to problem-solving, her relationships with opposing counsel, and her deep industry knowledge, all of which Aidan uses to swiftly resolve complex and contentious disputes. Aidan is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association (ABA), and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006.
