Her extensive experience with commercial litigation, and in both domestic and international arbitration ensures that clients can pursue the most appropriate avenue for each dispute. Allison’s experience spans a broad range of industries, including energy, technology, pharmaceuticals, and the financial sector, among others. Her advice is frequently sought on matters related to contracts, tort, securities, directors' and officers' liability, and product liability matters. She has particular experience with class actions across Western Canada, most notably leading a number of product liability class actions and a price-fixing class action.
