Ari Krajden is a founding partner of Kawaguchi Krajden LLP. Called to the Bar in 2002, Ari has spent his entire career litigating. He has represented individuals, corporations, and insurers advancing and defending a broad range of claims including personal injury, property, medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. Ari Krajden has extensive experience dealing with large and complex claims. He is an experienced trial lawyer and is designated as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation, a designation requiring a pattern of handling Trials as lead counsel. In Ari’s most recent trial, Meade v. Hussein, he was successful in arguing a mid-trial motion to exclude SPECT scan evidence used for the purpose of diagnosing a traumatic brain injury. In addition to his casework, Ari Krajden is routinely asked to comment on emerging legal issues and has written articles for various publications.
