Bryan Haynes has over 28 years of experience in commercial transactions and business law, with a focus on private mergers & acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, and corporate restructurings. Bryan previously co-chaired the Corporate/Commercial practice group at Bennett Jones. Bryan recently represented Longview Aviation Capital Corp. in connection with its agreement to acquire the Dash 8/Q400 turbo prop business from Bombardier. Bryan also recently represented TriWest Capital Partners in connection with its acquisitions of PRT Growing Services and the Lithion Power Group. Bryan recently served on the Board of Governors of McGill University and represents Bennett Jones on the Pacific Rim Advisory Council (PRAC), a leading global association of 30 top tier law firms representing 12,000 lawyers around the world. Admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1994 and Alberta Bar in 1998.
