François G. Tremblay is a partner with the firm and has been practising for 41 years in commercial, corporate, international, and First Nations affairs, as well as in constitutional law. He handles a range of major merger, acquisition, and consolidation cases and has substantial business experience from having served on the boards of a number of private and public corporations. François has been closely involved in developing business partnerships between various public and private corporations and a number of Quebec’s native communities. He has also worked on land claims cases with the governments of Canada and Quebec. In addition, he has developed renowned expertise in the creation of limited partnerships and the implementation of investor protection mechanisms in the specific context governing this type of investment vehicle.
