Harry Dahme is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. A Certified Specialist in Environmental Law (LSO), he has practised exclusively in the area of environmental law since 1984 and has a solid reputation as one of the foremost environmental lawyers in Canada. Harry has extensive expertise in the full range of environmental law services. He provides environmental legal advice on corporate and real estate transactions and strategic advice to corporations on issues related to environmental compliance and due diligence. He has particular expertise in water and wastewater, Brownfield remediation, environmental assessment and approvals, waste management, and chemical registration and approvals. Harry has represented clients before every level of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, and regularly appears before numerous tribunals, including the Environmental Review Tribunal. He is one of the founders of Canada North, an interdisciplinary team of Gowling WLG lawyers who practise in Northern Canada. On January 8, 2016, Alltech acquired 100 per cent of the outstanding shares of Masterfeeds Inc. from Ag Processing Inc., a farmer-owned cooperative based in Omaha, Nebraska, in order to have complete ownership of Masterfeeds LP.
