John Craig is senior counsel to the firm, practising in the area of securities law with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions in the resource sector. He is also involved in the negotiation and drafting of mining, oil & gas concession agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and farm-in agreements in a variety of countries.
