John Craig focuses primarily on resolving national and international construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation. John also assists international and domestic owners, contractors, and engineers with the review, negotiation, and drafting of construction contracts, tender documents, project specific E&O, builders' risk course of construction and liability insurance, and performance, bid, and labour and materials bonds. He has also practises extensively in the areas of builders' liens. John is acknowledged as a leading construction law practitioner by client and peer review publications, including Chambers Canada, The Lexpert®/American Lawyer Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada, and The Canadian Legal Lexpert®Directory. He is also a fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Active as a volunteer, John is a former director of the Alberta Roadbuilders and Heavy Construction Association and the Arthritis Society. He has also been actively involved in leadership positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
