Craig Brown was called to the Bar in 1980. He has practised with Thomson Rogers for over 40 years and is certified by the Law Society as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Craig’s peers have recognized him as a leading practitioner in the field of personal injury litigation and he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada directory. Craig has helped lead Thomson Rogers to great success over the years, including recognition by Best Lawyers in Canada as the Canadian Personal Injury Litigation Law Firm of the Year in 2021 and 2022. Craig has lectured to professional groups across Canada on trial advocacy and personal injury practice and has published extensively in legal texts and journals. Craig has over 50 reported court and tribunal decisions and has taken numerous jury cases to trial. Since 1990, Craig has restricted his practice to the representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury claims, class actions, and medical malpractice claims. Craig is also an enthusiastic skier, sailor, and equestrian.
