For several years, Odette Nadon taught graduate students at the Université de Montréal introductory courses in environmental law and how to manage environmental emergencies.
She also provides tailor-made training to the firm's clients. She created the environmental training program at the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
Odette was named Advocatus Emeritus in 2017. The honorary distinction of Advocatus Emeritus is intended to recognize the excellence of members of the Québec Bar with an exemplary career path and highlights an exceptional career. It allows the member holding this honour to wear the distinctive pin and receive the designation of AdE. The Québec Bar grants this honorary distinction by resolution of its board of directors. Odette has written numerous reference works, namely in the field of contaminated soils. She received her MSc, DESS, and LLL from the University of Montréal.
