Patricia is a senior commercial and corporate partner in the McKercher LLP Regina office. She has a broad range of experience in handling and advising on corporate governance matters, securities and equity financing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions, financing, and development, with special emphasis in the agri-foods industry and other agricultural enterprises. She is a member if the board of directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Creative SK, Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corp., and the RCMP Heritage Centre. She is a former Chair of the SK Chamber, a former public board member of the SASTT, a former director/trustee of the board of the National Film Board of Canada, and past board member and Vice-Chair of the Regina Airport Authority. In 2011, she was recognized as a Woman of Influence in SK for her contributions as a professional. She has been listed as a Leading Practitioner in The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory, is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers Canada for 2021 in the area of Corporate/Commercial in SK, and has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2021 for the areas of Corporate, M&A, and Entertainment Law in Regina. She was called to the Bar in 1983 and appointed QC in 2010.
