Patricia is a senior commercial and corporate partner in the McKercher LLP Regina office. She has a broad range of experience in handling and advising on corporate governance matters, securities and equity financing, commercial and residential real estate transactions, sales and acquisitions, financing, and development, with special emphasis in the agri-foods industry and other agricultural enterprises. She is a member of the board of directors of the Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corp. and the RCMP Heritage Centre. She is a former Chair of the SK Chamber, a former board member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Creative Saskatchewan, SASTT, the National Film Board of Canada and the Regina Airport Authority. In 2011, she was recognized as a Woman of Influence in SK for her contributions as a professional. She has been listed as a Leading Practitioner in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, is ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers Canada Guide for 2023 in the area of Corporate/Commercial in SK and has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2023 for the areas of Corporate, M&A and Entertainment Law in Regina. She was called to the Bar in 1983 and appointed KC in 2010. Patricia is the Chair of McKercher’s Solicitors Practice Group.
