Preet has extensive experience in significant commercial, civil fraud and auditor liability cases. Preet has been interviewed by Lexpert Magazine in connection with numerous articles written on international class actions, by The Globe and Mail and The Lawyer's Daily on her work in connection with legal issues arising out of COVID-19 and by Canadian Lawyer for her expertise on the intersection of insolvency and directors' duties.
