Rocco (Rockey) Delfino is a senior partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, including advising foreign clients on establishing businesses in Canada. He has been involved in acquisitions and dispositions within Canada, the United States and Europe, and he has also advised on lending and secured transactions, restructurings and corporate finance. He is involved in advising public and private corporations, and works with domestic and multinational corporations engaged in various industries including manufacturing, distribution and retail. His experience includes a one-year secondment to the Ontario Securities Commission. Rockey is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the American Bar Association. He has participated as a speaker at the annual conferences of the Canadian Securities Administrators and has been a seminar instructor for the Division of Executive Development Schulich School of Business, York University. Rockey is also one of the firm’s supervising partners for the Osgoode Business Law Clinic of Osgoode Hall Law School. Rockey has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Humber Valley Hockey Association for over six years.
