Senior partner Sally Dennis advises individuals and business owners on all aspects of the inter-generational transfer of their wealth, including estate planning, planning for incapacity, and business succession. Her practice includes trusts, wills, corporate reorganizations, co-ownership arrangements, and shareholder agreements. Working collaboratively with colleagues at her firm, as well as with clients’ tax and financial advisors, she creates and implements comprehensive solutions for individual or business succession needs. She has particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional planning matters and a strong background in business law. Sally also provides advice to trustees and executors and assists in the administration of estates. She is regularly consulted on trust and estate disputes, advising beneficiaries and others of their rights and potential remedies. She holds a certificate in Family Enterprise Advising from the UBC Sauder School of Business and is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver. Called to the British Columbia Bar (1986).
