Sepideh is a partner and registered trademark agent with Minden Gross LLP. She is the Chair of the Intellectual Property Group. She has experience in search analysis, filing, and prosecuting trademark applications, opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings. Sepideh assists companies of all sizes to develop brand strategies and portfolios in Canada. She also works closely with lawyers in foreign jurisdictions, including China and the United States, to coordinate intellectual property strategies abroad. Sepideh also counsels clients on licensing, copyright, and domain name matters. Sepideh regularly writes articles on trending celebrity intellectual property matters for the firm’s website and is a contributor to The Lawyer’s Daily for intellectual property subject matters. She is also a member of the Women’s Leadership Congress, an initiative of Meritas Law Firms Worldwide. Sepideh is listed in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a Lawyer to Watch in Intellectual Property. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
