As a shareholder and senior lawyer at Foster & Company, my broad litigation practice includes insurance defence, commercial litigation, complex multi-party actions, product liability, medical and professional malpractice and personal injury cases throughout the Maritimes. I have appeared at a number of administrative tribunals and represented clients at all levels of Court in NB, including the Supreme Court of Canada. I graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Laws (1995) and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 1996. I completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. I attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, taking courses offered by the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel Leadership Institute, and have completed the Mediation Workshop Mediation Workshop at Harvard Law School. I am a member of the Law Society of NB, York Sunbury Law Society, Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Defense Lawyers Association. I am an elected member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, past Chair of the Insurance Section of the Canadian Bar Association of NB and former NB rep for the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association. I am on the Board of Directors for the Chalmers Foundation.
