Kelly Goldthorpe, Green and Spiegel LLP

Kelly Goldthorpe of Immigration Law firm Green and Spiegel LLP manages accounts and relationships with major corporations and businesses to facilitate the movement of temporary foreign workers, business visitors and other immigration needs. She is a founding member of the firm’s internal social committee, a certified member of its Joint Health and Safety Committee and has a lead role in articling and summer student recruitment and training. Goldthorpe is a member of the CBA Working Group on NAFTA Consultations, the CBA Policy Working Group on Immigration Settlement Services Study and the CBA National Immigration Law Section Working Group for Citizenship. She blogs about current trends and policy directions in Immigration Law. Goldthorpe is on the Board of Directors at University Settlement House and has done pro bono work for a Syrian refugee case. Goldthorpe supports several nonprofit organizations, including Beautiful World Canada, New Circles and Canadian Women’s Foundation.
