Katherine Kay is a partner with the litigation and competition departments, based in the Toronto office and litigating cases throughout Canada. Katherine is known as a dynamic and highly effective courtroom advocate with a razor-sharp strategic approach. She is a first call for “bet the farm” litigation and investigations. Katherine’s practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, often involving the interplay between regulatory, civil and criminal law regimes across multiple jurisdictions, with particular subject matter expertise in the areas of competition, product liability, class action defence, international law, corruption and other white collar matters.
