On April 1, 2009, Aecon Group Inc. completed its acquisition of Lockerbie & Hole Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). Under the terms of the transaction, Lockerbie shareholders received cash and Aecon shares with a total value of approximately $200 million.
