Bank of Montreal updated its US$20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme on December 22, 2008. The arranger was Barclays Bank PLC and the other dealers for the programme were Bank of Montreal, London Branch, Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG, BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, Merrill Lynch International, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Société Générale.
Bank of Montreal was represented internally by Blair Morrison and Jane-Ann Negi and externally by Rick Fullerton and Kashif Zaman as well as Julie Colden (tax) of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.
