Christopher Zelyas moves to Dentons

Christopher Zelyas moved his litigation practice to Dentons Canada, after leaving Parlee McLaws. Zelyas has appeared before all levels of the Alberta and Federal courts, focusing on applications for immediate injunctive
relief in intellectual property and commercial matters. Notably, he was lead counsel on Reckitt Benckiser v. Jamieson Laboratories, in which the Court inferred irreparable harm from evidence of confusion and granted a pre-trial order forcing the defendant to cease use of a brand name pending trial. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
