Energizer Holdings, Inc. with global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, acquired the worldwide Schick-Wilkinson Sword wet shave products business from New York-headquartered Pfizer Inc. for US$930 million. The deal closed on March 28, 2003. In Canada, this involved the acquisition by Energizer Canada Inc. of the Schick division assets from Pfizer Canada Inc.
