In August 2024, Industrial & Financial Systems AB (IFS), a provider of cloud and industrial AI software, completed its $1 billion acquisition of Copperleaf Technologies Inc., a provider of enterprise decision analytics software to companies managing critical infrastructure.
The aim of this acquisition was to enhance IFS' capabilities as a global leader in enterprise application software for asset and service-centric industries by integrating Copperleaf’s advanced software solutions.
