Kevin Sartorio is an intellectual property litigator in the Toronto office of Gowling WLG and is head of the office's Intellectual Property Department. He is a member of the firm’s IP Litigation and Trademarks Practice Groups and previously served as Chair of the firm’s National Copyright Practice Group. A Registered Trademark Agent, and a partner in the firm since 2007, Kevin has extensive expertise covering all areas of IP contentious work, including patent, design, trademark, copyright and trade-secret litigation, as well as opposition proceedings before Canada’s Trademark Opposition Board.
