Radha Curpen is a partner and co-Chair of the firm's Aboriginal law practice. She has deep experience in regulatory compliance, and crisis prevention and management, including the transportation of crude oil by rail, the defence of environmental litigation, and the avoidance and defence of environmental related prosecutions. She negotiates with regulatory authorities and Aboriginal communities on project developments and approvals. She manages and advises on contaminated site issues in several jurisdictions in North America and the environmental assessment process and advises on environmental issues in commercial transactions in Canada and the United States. She advises on Business Sustainability. She was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law for the Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility course. She is called to the Ontario Bar and Manitoba Bar and is admitted to the New York Bar. She practises in both English & French.
