Frank practises securities law, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He has extensive experience working on complex transactions in a wide range of industry sectors. He also provides ongoing advice on securities law, stock exchange compliance and corporate matters to a wide variety of issuer, underwriter and private equity clients. Recent transactions include advising Spin Master on its $130-million bought deal treasury and secondary offering and on its $253-million initial public offering of subordinate voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange; Pritzker Group on the Canadian aspects of its acquisition of PLZ Aeroscience from Olympus Partners; an affiliate of Accel-KKR on its acquisition of Procure-to-Pay (P2P); Vista Equity Partners on its investments in Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies; and Peak Rock Capital on its acquisition and subsequent sale of Highline Produce. Frank is currently a vice chair and member of the Board of Directors and Nominating & Governance Committee of the Canadian Centre for Ethics and Corporate Policy. He is a contributing editor of Corporate Financing Journal, Federated Press and a member of the Board of Directors of Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, and serves on the Quality & Patient Safety Committee.
