He has acted for a number of Canada’s largest corporations in high-profile matters, including General Motors of Canada, Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, and BCE Inc. in a landmark commercial case involving the proposed $51.7-billion privatization of BCE. Has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Canada, trial and appellate courts in Ontario, Québec and British Columbia, and before administrative tribunals, including the Competition Tribunal and the Ontario Securities Commission.
