Christian Bolduc is a partner at Smart & Biggar’s Montréal office. He has practised in the field of intellectual property for over 20 years with a focus on trademark law. His experience covers all stages of the trademark life cycle and consists primarily of procurement, management and strategic counselling. Also advises clients on commercial issues and transactions involving trademarks, including the negotiation and drafting of license agreements, international co-existence agreements, IP asset audits, and the preparation and implementation of due diligence investigations.
