Public companies, investment banks and private equity funds – Canadian and international – value Olivier’s meticulous approach and thoughtful manner. He has significant expertise advising on public M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including retail, entertainment, and media. Olivier is a member of the Advisory Committee on Corporate Finance of the Autorité des marchés financiers (Quebec’s securities regulatory authority).
