He brings a practical, solutions-based approach to commercial transactions and has extensive experience across diverse industries, including technology, nuclear, aerospace and life sciences, and the industrials sector, including pulp and paper, steel and manufacturing. Dale has gained the trust of clients – including private equity firms and their operating companies, institutional investors, and federal and provincial government departments and agencies – who rely on his ability to develop and structure novel commercial arrangements and to explain complex concepts simply and succinctly. Dale is co-chair of the firm's Talent Management Committee in Toronto, and he is a mentor to several students, associates and junior partners.
