James Sullivan is a partner of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP specializing in corporate litigation, class actions, product liability, business crimes, energy, environmental and competition law. He has frequently appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and his litigation expertise has been recognized throughout Canada and internationally. In 2013 Benchmark Canada honoured Mr. Sullivan by naming him Canada’s Class Action Litigator of the Year.
