Sunny Handa is a partner who practises in the areas of corporate/commercial, communications (telecom and broadcasting), technology, intellectual property and life sciences law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He is co-practice group leader of the firm’s Technology Group and India Practice Group and practice group leader of the firm’s Communications Law Group. He handles complex corporate transactions, including M&A deals, joint ventures, commercial transactions, such as IT outsourcing projects and a wide range of other legal matters. He is consistently named one of Canada’s leading Computer & IT, Technology Transactions, Telecommunications, Intellectual Property and Biotechnology lawyers by The Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory.
