Allied Properties REIT completed a refinancing of its existing mortgage loans on the property known as Cité du Multimédia, which houses a cluster of information technology companies in an urban office campus and seven industrial buildings, located in Montreal, Quebec, in a neighborhood between Old Montreal, Griffintown and downtown Montreal. The refinancing was made available to Allied Properties REIT by Otéra Capital and consisted of a new credit facility totalling $172.5 million.
