David Wotherspoon moves to MLT Aikins LLP

In Vancouver, David Wotherspoon moved to MLT Aikins LLP where he is now a partner. Wotherspoon  leads the litigation group for the firm’s Vancouver office. His recent matters include representing the Electronic Frontier Foundation as intervener in the Google v. Equustek case before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
