Derek Bell moves to DLA Piper (Canada) LLP

In Toronto, Derek Bell moved his litigation practice to DLA Piper (Canada) LLP where he is now a partner. He was previously a partner at Bennett Jones. He has been counsel in complex commercial litigation matters, including acting for Catalyst Capital Group in its opposition to the acquisition of Shaw Media by Corus, which was among Lexpert’s Top 10 Deals of 2016.
