Helmut Johannsen moves to Singleton Urquhart

Construction lawyer and civil engineer Helmut Johannsen moved to Singleton Urquhart where he is now associate counsel. Johannsen was formerly a partner at Fasken Martineau, where he practised for more than 35 years and headed its national construction law practice group. He advises on all aspects of law related to construction, including transactional work, litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has acted on a wide range of projects including roads, hospitals and pipelines. He is Co-Vice-Chair of the IBA’s International Construction Projects Committee and a past president of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers.
