Keith Inman moves to Pushor Mitchell

Keith Inman relocated his corporate commercial practice to Pushor Mitchell in Kelowna, where he is now associate counsel. He was formerly a partner in the Calgary office of Dentons Canada. Inman recently led deal teams advising Stantec on its equity financing, as well as advising the underwriters on Enbridge’s $2.3B common share offering. He has founded and directed several public companies, including, most recently Roll-Up Capital. Inman is an active member of the Métis Nation of Alberta. Outside of the office, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
