Retired Federal Court Justice Judith Snider joined the panel of JAMS, based in its Toronto Resolution Centre. Justice Snider spent a decade at the Federal Court, where she ruled on numerous intellectual property matters, including patent litigation. Prior to joining the Court, she was general counsel of the National Energy Board based in Calgary.
